Handyman – Major Projects

MAJOR PROJECTS

Attics:  I have worked on several attics for clients throughout the years.  Most people think of attics as storage only.  However, the extra room can also be used as a bedroom, study, sewing room or simply additional house space.

Basements:  I love turning clients unused basements into an extra living space.  It is amazing to see their expression when the basement is completed.  Clients have used the extra space as a kids play area, study/computer area, and several clients like myself have turned their basement into the “man cave” complete with big screen television and speakers.  Whatever the use, it will surely add comfort and value to your house.

Bathrooms:  Work in bathrooms primarily include framing walls, hanging/spackling drywall, trim work, installing cabinets/countertops, and tiling.  I do complete some of the plumbing, but if a major amount of plumbing is involved, I will recommend a certified plumber to perform the work.

Kitchens:  Remodeling a kitchen is a great way to increase the design, function and resale value of a home.  Since the kitchen is the main hub of the home, and I only work on weekends, I have only completed a few kitchen projects as I worked as the subcontractor for another contractor.  However, the projects turned out excellent and therefore they needed to be showcased.

Below are photos of major renovation projects that I have completed.
